The renaming of UBC’s Department of Economics to the Vancouver School of Economics this past year has been a major achievement and milestone. To celebrate this accomplishment, we are pleased to invite you to our inaugural Fall Conference on Friday, September 20, 2013 in Vancouver, B.C.
The event is a full-day academic conference with an agenda of renowned international speakers, joined by members of the School’s faculty. This day will include four seminars, a keynote luncheon address, a keynote alumni address and a wrap-up reception… and registration is free! The conference will be held at UBC Robson Square, Friday, September 20, 2013, from 9:00am – 5:30pm, with a reception to follow.
